Not sure if his work is any good or not but his customer service is horrible. Went in to get a quote for a logo to be embroidered and he "shooed me away" quite dismissively. I asked him if he could recommend someone and he first ignored me so I asked again and he copped an attitude. Glad he showed his true colors upfront. I can take my money elsewhere. He needs to take a class in how to treat potential customers and obviously actual customers. If you want a company who appreciates your business go elsewhere!

I asked him if he could do a name tag patch for me. he replied that he doesn't do leather patches. Considering he had some on display, I simply asked in confirmation that he was telling me he doesn't do leather patches, and was met with an immediate raise in his voice and tone that he doesn't have them. It was a very quick 10-second conversation, and have no idea why he got frustrated so quickly when I just wanted to confirm something because of our language barrier with each other.

Man is a godsend if you are short on time and just need some basic uniform adjustments. His English is a bit limited so just know exactly what you need in simple terms and you'll be done in 10 minutes.

They don’t work on anything if it’s not military name of the place has embroidery in it the guy tells me they don’t do that. I hope this place closes down because of a fire.

AWESOME SERVICE!!! You cannot go wrong getting uniforms done here. Got there at 5:34 and was put the door at 5:45. This is the Navy Exchange's top local competitor.
